‘I met Kaze at Drink For Justice, a networking event in Hong Kong, an event that seeks to support the refugee community and promote friendship and business opportunites, one of the many events that Kaze and Afritude Band have performed at and have contributed to. Finding common ground and a shared vision as artists we became friends.’

To welcome you and make you feel at home and as part of One Love

Kaze and Afritude Band.

Kaze is an artist/fashion designer and musician from Cameroon. He is a prolific artist and very active in the Hong Kong community scene. He has produced exhibitions and runs drumming workshops. He has performed at fashion shows, dance workshops at Red Doors Studio, poetry readings at Peel Street Poetry, networking events such as Drink For Justice and he has performed at Tedex, to name a few! He started One Love in 2008 and believes in the power of art and nature to not only energize and inspire us, but to transform everything into a positive. He stands for harmony and peace in society and believes in community service and true cultural exchange.

Our goal is to create harmony and peace, to be a big family and to stop discrimination. Each and every one of us, should value, respect and Love every ONE, regardless of social situations and skin color.

Nature is peace, Nature is Love, Nature is Harmony. Being in nature connects me back to my childhood, a time when everything is possible, in the imagination. In my life, I help others to reconnect to that childhood energy. It reminds me how much more I’m willing to give and share.

My experiences with other cultures has harnessed my understanding; that music, arts and creativity feeds the soul and offers us all, peace of mind. ONE LOVE.’

cropped-global-arts-outreach-project-logo-jpg.jpgGlobal Arts Outreach Project looks forward to our afternoon of art with One Love.

‘We want to use art as a way to offer a sense of community and creative empowerment to individuals of all cultural and religious backgrounds, in their communities. To be able to creatively reach out to one another.

The sharing of culture and art is a powerful vehicle for us to connect to our own innate strength, collectively and as individuals; we can empower community together, enriching one another by sharing, learning and growing together as part of a global classroom.’

We hope to see you there!
