It was a great honour to be a key note speaker and part of the discussion panel with Idawati Misno Founder of Women’s Journal, Jane Wong- Senior Programme Officer of HER Fund and Yixi Chen Erica Crisis Prevention at Path Finders HK, exploring the role of Art in Empowerment and systemic change, at the Unseen Narrative Exhibition, here in Hong Kong. The exhibition was the culmination of a series of Art Workshops empowering and strengthening the creative expression, skills and personal stories of Migrant Domestic Workers, breaking through harmful stereotypes, offering agency and healing, whilst highlighting the ongoing issues of the rights of Domestic Workers.
